We are seeking a visionary, execution-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to architect and scale the entire revenue engine for a fast-growing Home Healthcare startup.
Experience Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive senior sales/revenue leadership experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a C-level or functional head role (VP/SVP/Head of Sales/CRO).
- Proven ability to build, scale, and manage large revenue organizations in high-growth environments.
Industry Expertise
- Mandatory experience in the Indian Home Healthcare sector such as:
- In-home nursing
- Elder care
- Chronic care
- Post-discharge recovery
- Specialised care services
Market & Geography
Must have on-ground leadership experience in Bangalore, with an established network across hospitals, physicians, and care service ecosystems.
Must be able to join immediately (priority consideration).
Core Responsibilities of the CRO
The CRO will define, operationalise, and lead a unified commercial strategy to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth.
Category Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy: Own the end-to-end revenue strategy, including pricing, service portfolio, customer segmentation, and city-level expansion.
GTM Ownership: Lead the company’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, ensuring cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Partnerships.
Sales & Growth Leadership: Drive both B2B referral channels (Hospitals, Physicians, Corporates) and D2C acquisition engines. Set aggressive, data-backed growth targets.
Revenue Operations (RevOps): Architect a scalable RevOps infrastructure including CRM workflows, forecasting models, analytics dashboards, and CAC optimisation.
Executive Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and CFO to shape long-term strategy, budgeting, resource allocation, and investor communication.
Market Expansion: Lead growth initiatives across Bangalore initially, followed by multi-city expansion based on traction and readiness.
